Amy W. Osborne

Amy W. Osborne is an attorney licensed to practice in North Carolina and is a member of the Wake County Bar. Amy is also a licensed North Carolina CPA. She is an accredited attorney for the Department of Veteran Affairs. Amy offers elder law and estate planning services to residents of Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham and other surrounding counties.

Amy is dedicated to individual service within a small firm. She enjoys working with her clients, not just for them. She also believes in proactive planning to help her clients achieve their desired goals. She invites prospective clients to contact the firm for a consultation.

​Amy graduated from the University of Tulsa Oklahoma, with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting and minor in International Business. Amy served as co-social chair of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity.

​She continued her studies at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she was a proud Golden Hurricane. Amy was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Fraternity, served on the Journal of International & Comparative Law, and worked in the TU Legal Clinic on its Elder Law project. Amy assisted in preparing wills and trusts, as well as seeking housing justice, retention of Medical benefits and pursuing the return of funds for elder abuse victims. In addition, Amy served as Secretary of the International Law Students Association and volunteered with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program to prepare tax returns.

Amy has lived in the Tarheel State since 1997, living in Chatham County, Orange County and now Wake County. She has continuously volunteered with her children’s schools, and enjoys serving as Chief Judge for the Wake County Board of Elections. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, her dog and traveling.
